Gnocchi e Ignudi - Italian Cooking Class with Andrea Florissi

  • July 12, 2014 · 3:00 PM
  • Resident Lounge at Stackhouse Apartments

This will be the first of a monthly cooking classes series with different local Italian chefs.
The classes will be in Italian, they are hands on, which means that if you want to eat you have to work for it and they are limited to the first 20 people that sign up.
So please change your RSVP, if last minute you see that you can't make it, so that people from the waiting list can move up.
We encourage a donation of $10 to cover the cost of the ingredients.

Andrea the chef is the owner of Caffe Torino across the street. He throws by-monthly Pop Up dinners at the coffee-shops with local emerging chefs. Check out his event calendar which includes art walk parties and aperitivo at:

Hope everybody will have a good time!

Just a reminder to be on time.
    We'll have a sign in between 3 and 3.30
and then we'll start. No people will be allowed after that to not disrupt the lesson.
Please remember to bring a cash donation. We suggest $10 per person. The money will go to the chef to cover the cost of the ingredients.

I posted 10 spots on the Seattle Italian Connection group and 10 on the All things Italian group. If you are on the waiting list, RSVP on the All things Italian group where there are still a few spots open.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
