What is the PURPOSE: This group is all about GIRL FRIENDS... We are a group of women who want to meet other women to develop friendships that will last a lifetime. Whether you need a shopping buddy, someone to eat out with or someone to lend you an ear, this is the place to be!

WHO should join: GIRL FRIENDS only! Sorry guys - while we occasionally have activities that are family oriented and invite our significant others & kids - we are primarily a GIRL FRIENDS group. Just the girls - hanging out and having fun. PLEASE keep in mind that we DO want ACTIVE members, not just people who become a member and never attend anything.

WHAT will members get out of it: Our goal is to develop life time friendships!

BE WARNED: there are certain SIDE EFFECTS of the Girl Friends: you may be subjected to occasional fits of laughter that cause facial and / or belly pains. Just don't say I didn't warn you. :)

To cover the cost of maintaining this site and for incidental expenses related to the group (name tags, etc), we charge $5 annually for membership.  As a new member, you have 60 days before this is due (to decide if this is the group for you).

The fee will then be due every January 1st. If you join the group late in the year we will waive the fee until January 1st, but it will be decided on a case by case basis.
