I love Pinot Noir. I also love a good, aged Tawny Port, though I typically save that for a special occasion.
I was once a bit of a wine-O and then found that beer paired well with food too. For the past 5-ish years, I've been mostly enjoying beer but think it's time to branch back out a bit and learn the new wines of the times!
I love to savor every sip and/or bite, especially when paired well together. When partaking of a very good pairing, people tend to get aggravated waiting on me to finish. I'm one of those "build the perfect bite" kind of gals!
I've just moved to AVL from ATL. I'm terribly excited to check out all that AVL has to offer.
