Introduction

I helped found and manage two enterprise software companies that were sold. I am trained as an engineer and lawyer (Cornell). I live and work in Manhattan. I have significant technical knowledge about wireless spectrum, software and technology.

Hi Phil. I was in Ithaca as a high school student, in an NSF program on Special Relatiivity and Quantum Mechanics. Many of my classmates from Princeton are lawyers, including a woman who retired as part of the general counsel office at Verizon. My area is Health Information Technology.
