hi!I've neven been to a karaoke place before. How much would i have to pay for it?

It's about $5-$6/hr depending on how many people come. We go for 2-3 hours (again, depending on how many people come).

Hi Stefanie. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed about the song selection. BookKyung does have around 7,000 or so English songs although it's true they are mostly popular english songs. I've been to all of the karaoke places downtown and most of the karaoke places else where and I can tell you that in terms of price, song selection, member feedback & location BookKyung is the best place to go. However, I am always open to going to different locations (I like to mix up the locations a little bit -- going to the same place all the time gets boring) so if you, or any other members have any suggestions for karaoke places with rooms, a good selection of English and Japanese songs (we are a Japanese group after-all ^_^) -- then please let me know. I'll definetely consider it :) Thanks, -Rolf
