Hi Paul. I just signed up for a meet up on the 12th. I can see the list of other people who are going and there seems to be a lot which is great.....but I cant see any Japanese people there (male or female). I was looking at going to speak with Japanese. Can you tell me what i could expect?

Does most of the conversation take place in Japanese? I still need to speak mostly in English (even though I can often understand what is being said). Do you think that will be a problem?

Hi Paul. Was wondering if i could ask a couple of questions about your epic 14 trips to Japan. Did you do any kind of work while on your visits out there? I would love to go there to stay a while; don?t really have any trade skills except gradate experience in creative writing & illustration, was thinking from that to try and get into teaching. But from your experience did you notice any British etc working over there within just basic jobs, bars, hotels etc? Any info be most appreciated :)
