How to Build a Bento Box

I would like to start making bento boxes for my lunches, but I am unsure of where to start.

Can anyone recommmend any good websites or books on this? Or if anyone has any of their own advice or experience that would be very helpful too! Maybe we could use this as a meetup idea?

Thank you! ^_^

This would be pretty cool to know. Hopefully it is at least somewhat simple for people, such as myself, that are not masters of cooking and/or multitasking.

There are so many cute plastic bento boxes you can buy for your children in Japan.... maybe even at Asian stores here. Le Le's may carry them.
Rice, tamagoyaki (baked egg), fried vienner sausage , cooked spinach were comment things I saw in my Mom's lunch box. soboro (minced pork with soy sauce & sugar ) on the rice was my favorite. Well, you can be creative and make it colorful. Kids love colors.
