Hello, Eri,
I found out that this group was one of my co-workers meetup group. Her name is Kay. I always wanted to join her group but my work schedule was not helping me. I joined this group and happy that it was the same group as the one Kay attended.
She always mentioned how great the organizer lady was. Kay says 'Hi' from Korea. I am looking forward to meeting you again.
Hello! My name is Janice. I'm a student at the University of and the Publicist for the Japanese Association student organization. I visited for the first time yesterday after my friends suggested the Street Food Event to me. Thank you very much for the wonderful takoyaki and dango! It was very fun learning new things about Japanese culture!

Hi Eri,
My name is George, I just joined the group.
My nephew and his wife Akiko are visiting the US from Tokyo. They will be here in Texas June 19, 20 and 21. Although Akiko speaks English, I think she would very much like to speak to a fluent Japanese speaker who has lived in the US for several years.
Does this meetup group have an 'ambassador' that can meet with Akiko for lunch or dinner? I'll gladly pay all expenses.
Thanks,
George
