I will host Sushi Work shop with Jorge( a head sushi chef at Kenichi) tomorrow at 1:30 PM. There is 2 more spaces open Sushi workshop tomorrow for Japan-America Society of Greater Austin.
In this workshop, we will cover the basic preparations, and begin rolling the hand roll (temaki). If you don't have any sushi equipment, there is no worry. The main purpose of the beginner level is to get familiarized to the actual preparations.
You will learn all the basic tricks and techniques of making a sushi from Jorge. Jorge is a head sushi chef at Keinchi (downtown).This workshop could help you prepare and enjoy high quality sushi at home.

When you reserve the class, I will send you a map to the class. Making sushi at home should be fun. If you have no experience with making sushi, this is the perfect place to start. You will get the hang of it in a few tries, and then you should be able to make them with ease.
