Awesome! I had great fun! Met a lot of members who are also interested in improving or helping others improving Japanese language. Love it!

Had a great time. Met several new people. Recruited a potential future member. Enjoyed talking around fire. Tried the maze before and after dusk. Thank Yukari and Jamie to read the map and led us! Thank you Jamie for handling the car pooling situation.

Oh, and I almost forgot: If I understand it correctly...those of us planning to do the night maze will have to bring our own flashlights etc? I think I saw on the page that they have stuff for sale, but I don't think they're provided for free.

Well, I just looked at the weather report...while it's supposed to be cool (53 degrees), it doesn't look like it will rain, at least not in Spring Grove.

However, it might be muddy, because there's a 30% chance of rain there on Friday, so wear clothes you're not afraid to get dirty. Jamie and I actually went through this last year...it seems we may be doomed to never enter a corn maze without having to dodge copious puddles of mud!

Why don't we all meet up just outside the entrance at 3:15, and wait until 3:45 for everybody else to come? This way we don't wander around saying "where is everybody else...?"

I am thinking that I would like to join you all, but I don't have a ride done there. Is there anyone carpooling who could pick me up in the suburbs?

I noticed that there is a Quiz Maze (there are several smaller mazes within the entirety of the big one) and I was thinking, if most of us meet up at the 3:15 set time, it might be fun to split up into teams/pairs and see which team/pair can do the Quiz Maze in the shortest time. Anyone else game?

In this event, are we required to speak in Japanese? If so, please give me the following translation in Japanese: turn Left, turn right, go straight, dead end, we are lost, we found the way out, go backward. we have passed through here just now, let's try this route, etc....

Well it's about an hour away from Mitsuwa, and it gets dark about 6:30-7:00 these days, so take that into consideration.

Any time is fine for me, but probably best to choose a time when people who want to do the maze while it's light out can do so, and those who want to try and stay to do it later can do so without having to wait TOO long :P Or they can come later, I suppose. I definitely want to be able to meet up with people and hang out!

I'm not 100% certain I'll be able to make it but, in case I do, I can give rides from the city (from Wicker Park and along the Kennedy).

I won't be able to drive down here, but if we can work out a carpool, I willl be able to attend. October works for me.

We probably should carpool, but I think what Megan was getting at was that since she lives so far away, transportation is the hard part... unless you were offering to give her a ride. Buchou wa sugoi ne~

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
