two kinds of conversation table

Dear members:

Hope you all are enjoying a Houston's fleeting but generous spring.

Today, we would like to announce that we will start trying to organize two kinds of conversation tables. One will be a normal conversation table like we have had before for any level of Japanese speakers. The other one will be more advanced and theme driven. An attendee will talk in Japanese (!!) about a specific given theme such as favorite manga, or experiences in Japan etc. But do not be too intimidated. If you are not confident enough, you can just listen to other people.

From now on, we will clearly state which conversation table it is at meetup. So please pay attention to what it says.
Also, about themes - we've opened a discussion on our board so please feel free to add if you like.

Take care,

The Houston Japanese Conversation Club
