October Mochi Party - Celebrate HEALTH AND SPORTS DAY (TAIIKU NO HI)

Mochi Party is a family-friendly picnic event!  Bring your children, they'll have others to play with.

Potluck: Undokai Bento or bring your favorite dish.

* Iced tea, water and barely tea will be provided.

Activity:  UNDOKAI

* Tsunahiki ( tug of war)

* Folk dance

14th October is a TAIIKU-NO-HI (Health and Sports Day), national holiday in Japan. Health and Sports Day is celebrated to promote sports and health in Japan. Schools, companies and communities usually conduct sports festival or sport competition to celebrate Health and Sports Day.
