Japanese Sword Show *Plus* Archery, Calligraphy, a Movie, and MORE

Southeast Japanese Sword Show & Auction

The registration fee is $20 for one day, or $45 for all 3 days.  Airport Parking is $6 per day with a coupon you'll receive at registration.  The registration fee allows you access to all the events and workshops presented (additional fees for workshops may apply).

The show organizer has offered to add our "club" meeting to the website schedule!   In addition to all the swords and antiques for sale in the vendor area, some friendly & familiar faces will be there too:

Japanese Lesson 34747 - Japanese Language tutor and cultural workshops/presentations

Candy Miyuki - Handmade "While-You-Watch" Japanese Lollipops (No, not Goth Loli-pops)

If you have all day Friday free, there will be a lot going on that day!  If you're busy during the day on Friday, you can drop by on Saturday or Sunday for a second chance at some of the events--including the Calligraphy workshop (Fri & Sat).  ^_^

I have a weekly Pathfinder game on Fridays, so I will not be able to go to any Friday night events.

I'm gonna see if I can make this. As usual I'll probably be a bit late. For now I can't go but I'll see how it goes as it gets closer to the date. I may even bring a friend AND get her to join this meetup :D

Why so frowny? Can't make it to the show...or really dislike swords?

Izumi-sensei's calligraphy workshop price has been reduced to $15--purchasing the starter supply kit is now optional! Great value on an introduction to Shodo.
