Hi to all.
Membership keeps growing, but attendance has been stalled at a very low
level since spring. I have to think there's a chicken-egg problem, i.e.
people hesitate to commit to a book and read it if they've never been,
etc.
Anyway, this coming Sunday, even if you haven't started a book on the
list, the first 30-45 minutes will be devoted to meeting and greeting,
and discussing reading preferences, recent non-list books that members
have read and liked, etc. The balance will be for discussion of list
books that members have read or started.
With this in mind, please update your RSVP, hope to see you Sunday.
