When I made my reservation with OLV, I was told that both band and the Meetup group would be seated outside since there's not enough room for the band, the buffet and a large turnout. Can you confirm this Brent? According to the hourly forecast on, tonight's temps are expected to be in the mid-60s.

Also, the buffet is open through midnight.

We asked to be in the rear corner inside. But our guitar player just confirmed they will be putting us outside, piping our music into the interior of the cafe. They will also be placing these very large decorative propane heaters on the patio that warm everything up -- they know our instruments need to be warm too or they go out of tune (the wood ones). Perhaps you saw the propane towers when you walked in -- they are about 6 feet tall and shoot a contained, radiating flame that warms the area and creates a bonfire atmosphere. There are several of them.

Music starts at 8 pm but OLV has informed us they will have the buffet open at 6 pm. If you want to make sure get in then don't hesitate to call OLV at [masked] and make a reservation. Ask to sit with the Meetup group.

We now have another organizer to help with hosting the event (in response to the feedback from the Jazz Social on that count). Thanks to Kathy Williams for helping us out at the event! Look/ask for her when you arrive if you are new or don't know where to sit or don't know anyone etcetera!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
