The traditional Dominican group Puerto Plata is performing Saturday 8pm at Meany Hall (presented by the University of Washinton). Puerto Plata is an 85 year old singer of son, bolero and merengue from Santiago in the Dominican Republic and he will be accompanied by
requinto guitar giant Edilio Paredes - the father of bachata.
