They changed the name of the hotel recently. I don't very often get to the Sunday performances, but the site immediately RSVP's yes for Me, Glen and Corey. Glen pays for the site, just to promote the venue, but there aren't really meet ups at J$B's. The 1st Tuesday gig I play in the band and if you introduce yourself to me at the break or before hand I can point out or introduce you to some of the meet up folks. The bar doesn't like tables reserved for meet up. That gig was cross listed in several groups(many of which still come), but it was too crowded. There are almost always meet up folks at that.Sorry for the mix up, I'll see if I can edit the site.Katie

Hi, The map you have attached says the Red Lion, and J.B.'s is now at the Clarion, next to Arden Mall. It was confusing to me, a first-timer, and I first went to the Clarion, then the Red Lion, then back again! Next time I would love to have a way to find the rest of the Meetup group. Vivian Lee said she did not see Glenn there tonight, although Glenn you RSVP'd. Maybe be more clear about how to find other members at the next jazz meetup. Otherwise loved the music!! Awesome jazz tonight.
Welcome jazz musician or jazz fan,
We are planning to host and find more jazz musician meetup jams and performances for you to attend.
If you would like to host a jazz event of any kind, please let me know.
My thanks to the founder of this group and to all of you 296 fellow jazz fans.
Please feel free to offer suggestions on the discussion board or email me with any ideas you may have.
Hope to meet you soon and create or experience some cool jazz with you!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
