7:00AM Running Weekend Meetup from Brownstone Diner

As we get into the summer, this meetup is to get in miles before it gets too hot out. We'll run to Liberty State Park, do 1 loop, and head back to Grove Street in time for the 8AM run, approximately 6 miles. This is ideal for those looking to knock off their run before it gets too hot, or those doing longer runs (as this, the 8AM run, and the 9AM run are collectively over 18 miles).

Do you think we can get Nathan Sports to sponsor our run on Saturday? Go Team Hydropack!

It's a recovery week for me - planning on running about 10 miles, always up for hills if anyone else is running:)

With a lot of distance and a greater pace (30 seconds faster!), don't think I'll be functional for hills. :(

15-16 miles. Tentative plan is to do the 7am and 8am loops. Then up Newark perhaps out to JFK then back down Montgomery to Grove St. PATH (similar to the ~4 mile Tue morning Route #2 loop
