7:00AM Running Weekend Meetup from Brownstone Diner

As we get into the summer, this meetup is to get in miles before it gets too hot out. We'll run to Liberty State Park, do 1 loop, and head back to Grove Street in time for the 8AM run, approximately 6 miles. This is ideal for those looking to knock off their run before it gets too hot, or those doing longer runs (as this, the 8AM run, and the 9AM run are collectively over 18 miles).

Great, I am planning 20. I shall be with you the first 14; the last 6 miles I may go into the park again else I will stick with your plan for 17.

In preparation for the hilly 18 mile Tune-Up in Central Park the following weekend, I am going to add some more hills to my 17 mile run this weekend. My plan for Saturday is:

    1) 7 am: run the 6 mile park loop

    2) 8 am: run the ~8 mile loop that Jitu and co did a few weeks ago (from Grove St. PATH up Newark to Palisade Ave., down Hoboken Ave, up Paterson Plank Road out to 14th St, out to Hoboken waterfront and back)

    3) ~9:15 am: run the ~3 mile loop from Grove St. PATH up Newark, left on Baldwin Ave, left on Montgomery and back to Grove St. PATH.

I did my best to google map these and pasted the short URLs below. Hopefully, it worked.

    8 Miler

    3 Miler

Your Google maps look good. btw last couple of map links I made on http://www.mapmyrun.c..., to me they have become easier to make than Google now.

Looking to do 17 miles in total, so park at 7 (6 miles), Hoboken run at 8 (6 miles), followed by hills on Paterson Plank at 9 (5 miles).

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
