With the footbridge back, we are moving this back to the Brownstone Diner. We'll meet at 6:30 AM and head into Liberty State Park.
This will be some form of speed training, whether sprints, tempo runs, etc.
This run will aim to conclude at 7:30 AM.

Hoping to join you guys. If so, my training plan has me doing 8x800s with a 1:30 minute rest interval in between sets. 7:26 min/mile pace. Total time for the workout once I'm in the park should be ~40 minutes so should be back to Brownstone by 7:30am.

Hi Sandro, Great!! Let's do that. My plan states: speed 6Mi, 3*1600 @7:20 w/800m jogs but I am fine with the 8x800...
