A well organized race by Paragon sports and North Face. Every participant was made to feel good by being taken care off. There was enough food before and after the race. Goodies were great, the race shirt was North Face, bag, water bottle are well worth keeping. Good memories of Governor's Island, a relaxed place worth visiting in NYC. The race was run in a hot and humid day and the results are not as fast as our Newport 10k (maybe 5+ min behind for the winner who won here in around 34 min, was a minute ahead of the second). A request by one of the age grade winners was to move the race back to October. Devang, Lou, Laura, Mike and me were all happy with our efforts. On the way back we met the winner on the Path train who has recently moved to Hoboken. The winner of the Pagganck Ax Head award.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
