Marriage of Metals Workshop

  • March 6, 2011 · 10:00 AM
  • Amalgam Arts

In this intensive workshop, students will create different patterns using interlocking pieces of copper and brass to create a "seamless" flat sheet of metal. The contrasting colors of the metals have endless jewelry applications! Students receive enough materials to create a 3"x3" sheet.  Please come to the workshop with a drawing/sketch of your intended design so we can jump right in! (Limit 8 students).

The workshop will start at 10am and finish up at 3pm.  The cost of the workshop is $120 and includes all materials. All the tools that are needed for the workshop will be avialable for use at our studio.  Please feel free to bring snacks and beverages with you. Dress comfortably and wear close toed shoes.

I look forward to seeing you at Amalgam Arts Atlanta, The Center for Jewelry Arts!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
