Hi all...one of our members pointed out that I didn't include the time, cost, and location of the meetup.  Sorry, that info was posted on previous messages and I didn't think to re-post.  The Workshop is THIS saturday, from 2-6pm (please show up by 4pm).  Cost will be $30 for a basic pair of earrings or $40 for earrings with stones (cash or check only please).  It will be at the Amalgam Arts Studio, located

3172 E ponce de Leon Ave
Scottdale, GA 30079

which is about 1/4 mile from the dekalb farmer's market.

If you have any other questions, let me know!  -Brian

Sorry all for the delay, but here is the gallery of examples for this weekend's Earring Making Workshop

You may notice a definite style to the earrings shown...that's just my way of doing things! You can customize the basic designs by adding your own type of stone (turquoise, lapis, pyrite, rose quartz, moonstone, hematite, or malachite), hammering a texture, stamping with letters, and changing the finish (brushed, high shine, or oxidized/blackened).

This is the first time ever I'll offer this workshop and I'm excited to see how y'all like it. If you can come PLEASE RVSP...it helps me determine materials and staffing, which will make your experience that much nicer.

As always, light snacks (cheese, fruit, etc) and drink will be provided. I look forward to seeing you there! -Brian
