Resume Optimization

Notes about our venue:  Rogue Ale House provides space for our presentations free of charge as a service to the community.  Because of the serving of alcohol on the premises, our presentations are restricted to those who are 21 or older and can produce valid proof of age if requested.  Also, we request that outside food and drink are not brought into Rogue, as we would currently be forced to shut down this service if Rogue decided that we were no longer welcome.

First of all identify and tailor the type of resume according to prospective positions and employers. It's either "Functional" or "Chronological" type manifesting the central core of it's content the so called - Branding, Arching or Elevator pitch at the resume's introduction. Let me know your feed back about my input, thanks.

I would add that the resume is only partially about you. Properly written, it expresses to the reader that you understand the nature of the position you're applying for and you are prepared to pursue it as relationship-building, and that you clearly demonstrate that you understand the type of relationship they need. One corollary: you never submit identical resumes to two different positions. The resume is at least 25% about the opening to which you are applying.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
