Negotiating Compensation

Congrats, you rocked the interview and have an offer letter sitting in your inbox, hot off the press. Now what? We will explore what can be negotiated in terms of salary, benefits, signing bonuses, and the rest of your compensation package. As well, we will explore tips and tricks on how to effectively negotiate with your new employer.

Notes about our venue:  Rogue Ale House provides space for our presentations free of charge as a service to the community.  Because of the serving of alcohol on the premises, our presentations are restricted to those who are 21 or older and can produce valid proof of age if requested.  Also, we request that outside food and drink are not brought into Rogue, as we would currently be forced to shut down this service if Rogue decided that we were no longer welcome.

Great presentation!!! Gives me hope that the next time I ask I won't be told to "work overtime".
