This meetup will serve as a planning / work session for our web / marketing team. Please attend if you are currently a web / marketing volunteer, or would like to be one. Planning sessions will be held at my home, and I will send out the address privately to all attendees that RSVP.
Web / Marketing Team Planning Session
Purpose: the web / marketing team is responsible for managing and maintaining all of our social media accounts, websites, document storage, branding, marketing materials, and other related JobGroup assets. Our bi-monthly planning sessions will seek to align all activities for the following 2-months.
Audience: New volunteers are welcome to attend, and it is strongly encouraged that all existing web / marketing volunteers attend.
Outcome: Each volunteer will be assigned specific tasks and activities depending on time availability and skill set of each volunteer. Tasks will be clearly denoted and time estimates provided. We need your help to keep JobGroup going, and want to be considerate of your time and commitment.
