This meetup will serve as a planning / work session for our networking / recruiter engagement volunteers. Please attend if you are currently a volunteer or would like to be one. Planning sessions will be held at my home, and I will send out the address privately to all attendees that RSVP.
Networking / Recruiter Engagement Planning Session
Overview: The Networking / Recruiter Engagement team is comprised of JobGroup volunteers that facilitate and promote networking opportunities around Portland. This may be in the capacity of hosting and managing networking events, or collaborating with other organizations that promote professional networking. As well, JobGroup would like to coordinate and collaborate with local area recruiters, both internal and external, to help connect JobGroup members with open job requisitions.
Purpose: bi-monthly planning sessions will seek to align all activities for the following 2-months, and track against all goals and milestones within the networking / recruiter engagement teams.
Audience: New volunteers are welcome to attend, and it is strongly encouraged that all existing networking / recruiter engagement volunteers attend.
Outcome: Each volunteer will be assigned specific tasks and activities depending on time availability and skill set of each volunteer. Tasks will be clearly denoted and time estimates provided. We need your help to keep JobGroup going, and want to be considerate of your time and commitment.
