NEW LOCATION. NEW LOCATION. NEW LOCATION.

Our discussion this month will involve an overview of Joomla 3.0 with special attention it's fantastic ability to scale to any platform - especially the MOBILE devices.  We'll also discuss some of the highlights from the Joomla World Conference that more than a couple of us attended last month in San Jose, CA at the Ebay Town Hall.  We'll begin the presentations promptly at 6:00 pm with introductions and then proceed to our Joomla! discussion.

Following that we'll host an open forum for anyone present to ask or present anything they like about Joomla! - kind of a "lightning-round" forum. In addition to desktops available for every attendee, we'll have a projector and screen along with WiFi. Bring your laptops if you'd like.

Don't miss a great event!  Parking is free.

I totally missed dropping by Coleman University for this Meetup. I take it, the conversation was about Joomla 3.X ?

Not much about 3.0. Cameron was back and we talked mostly about plugins and themes & other practical stuff. He's moved down here and has started working at Roenchin (the web host for Joomla).

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
