Let's explore the game-making capabilities of Ruby: some awesome things about it, as well as some of the challenges. We'll take a look at the Gosu gem, a popular sprite-based library that's easy to get started with.  And while we're about it, why don't we quickly write pong?

Daniel Smith is an enthusiastic, young Rubyist from Platform45. He is particularly fascinated with graphics and game development, and has been making small games as a hobby ever since he learned how to program
