follow-up on the Mozilla Apps Project

Hey guys, thanks again for having me out last night to talk about the Mozilla Apps Project. Here are the slides: The video should be up shortly on thanks to Carl at

We've built the apps platform but to make it a success we need developers to get involved and build cool apps, build UI libraries for apps, and build app developer tools. If you're excited about an open web app platform, now is a good time to get involved.

Since I covered a ton of stuff, here are some links:

- -- the Marketplace where you can submit your app today. It hasn't launched yet but if you have a web app all ready to go then submit it early so that it will be there when we launch :)
- -- good info on how to create an app and use various APIs
- -- info on Boot To Gecko, our new mobile OS written in HTML5/CSS/JS
- -- public list about open web apps
- -- info on our decentralized identity system.
- -- all the javascript APIs we're adding to make native web apps possible.
- -- new Responsive Design View tool in Firefox
- -- general info about the built-in Firefox developer tools
