We're gearing up for the November meeting. We have two main talks planned this time, and after those we're going to try something new: lightning talks.
I've seen these at programming conferences and they're always my favorite part. The idea is to hear many talks in a short amount of time. You get exposed to more new and exciting ideas and hear more voices.
Lightning talks are 5 minutes and cover:
- A new side project you're working on that you want to get feedback on or recruit members to help.
- Something we keep missing in the meetups that you want to teach members about.
I will be giving a lightning talk on the JS.Chi new website project. Who else is interested?
