Introduction
I consider myself a new yorker by proxy..mother is from Long Island, dad is from Brooklyn. Do a lot of Latin dancing around Philly. Thought this would be a good way to make new friends. Everyone here seems cool.
How long have you been dancing?
I've been dancing socially Latin styles for about 5-8 years now. It always cracks me up as my sister was the one who took lessons when we were growing up in jazz and tap. Everything I know I taught myself, taking free lessons from my firends and fellow salseros. Peace!
Are you Jewish?
I am Jewish, but very secular in my beliefs. I see being Jewish as a cultural part of my identity, but still celebrate traditional holidays like Channukah and Passover with my family.
