Ladies, I'm really excited about our game night we have planned for this Saturday and also seeing those of you that can make it to brunch on the following Sunday. I also have a lot of other fun and exciting events planned for the upcoming year.
Now down to business ? a lot of members have mentioned that the RSVPs for our meetups become full very quickly and they?re not getting an opportunity to participate in any of our meetups. REASON BEING: members are confirming their attendance even if they are unsure if they can even make it. And then at the last minute, they are canceling, which prevents others from attending. This is unfair to me and to the other members. Believe me, I understand that things come up at the last minute. But I?ve hosted over 10 meetups and there are members that do this every single time. With that said, I?m forced to put in a cancelation policy for the group.... You are welcome to RSVP and cancel if you need to ? but I ask that you cancel 3 or more days in advance from the event. This will give someone else enough time to make plans to attend in such short notice. If you continue to RSVP and cancel in less than 3 days from the event, I will remove you from the group. It takes a lot of time, money and dedication to organize our group. I want to help build real friendships and the other way to do so is to come out and join us. I hope you understand.
