Inner Peace Meditation Retreat

Buddha taught twenty-one meditations that lead to permanent inner peace.  They are called Lamrim, or The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.  In this retreat we will learn about and meditate on four of these meditations using the teachings from The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
