Distant New Moon Meditation

For those of you who can't physically meditate at this time, you can still join us to receive Reiki energy while you are sleeping or working. (It may be better to avoid time you are driving or you have to concentrate on something. Reiki never harm you but you may be too relaxed to focus on things.)

The New Moon is a good time for setting intentions. Join us for 30 minutes distant meditation to manifest your goals. Distant Reiki healing can be given without a client being present. It is easily done and works very well. If you are already attuned into second degree of Reiki, please send the energy to others. If you are first degree of Reiki practitioners or non-practitioners, please receive the Reiki blessings.

この時間帯に瞑想をできない方たちも、寝ている間や働いている間などに、レイキをうけとるために参加することができます。（ただ車の運転や、お仕事などで集中することが必要な時は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。レイキのエネルギーが悪い影響を及ぼすことはありませんが、何かに集中するにはリラックスしすぎてしまうかもしれません。）

新月の日は目標を定めて夢を現実化していくのに適した日です。 ３０分間それぞれの場所で瞑想してみませんか。 遠隔レイキヒーリングは相手が目の前にいなくてもできる簡単で効果的なヒーリング方法です。 レイキレベル２以上の方はレイキを他の参加者の方に送ってあげてください。 レイキレベル１の方、レイキをやっていない方はレイキのエネルギーを受け取ることを意識してみてください。 参加する方は”Yes"を選択して、住んでいる場所（瞑想する場所）を書いてください。
