Do you know anything about the Mosquito Creek Wildlife Area north of Warren Ohio?  It is a wetland wildlife refuge open only to seasonal waterfowl hunts or by permit?  Any idea whether getting permitted to paddle in Ohio refuges is feasible or a cost prohibitive administrative hassle?  It looks like there would be a lot to see and photograph there, especially this time of year.
