Directions for Conneaut Marsh paddle:

The upstream drop-off for paddling Conneaut Marsh used to be as
follows: I-79 to Cochranton Exit. East on Rt. 285 about a half mile,
then turn left (north) onto Mercer Pike. Just on other side of bridge
over creek, stop and drop boats. I say "used to be" because the most
recent Google Earth image shows that road blocked with construction
equipment working on the bridge, so I don't know if it's open, can you
still drop boats, etc.

To get to the take-out point at Shaw's Landing where Conneaut Marsh
meets French Creek: From Mercer Road, take Rt. 285 east, turn left
(north) onto Townhall Road, then right (south) onto Wightman Road. At
"Y" bear left immediately into Shaw's Landing.

Note: Shaw's Landing is a Fish & Boat Commission launch, and
patrolled regularly. Proper registration is recommended, with
necessary paperwork and identification available.

A non-shuttle paddle is possible by putting in at Shaw's Landing and
paddling upstream into Conneaut Marsh stream, then floating back.
