After reviewing this email chain for a week  - Good riddance to all who are saying they are leaving and want off the email list. They obviously do not get it and want to live partitioned lives seeing no connection between their outdoor pursuits and important matters directly affecting the waterways, forests, parks.   Join the Rick Scott See the Great Outdoors While You Still Can Meetup..

This is why most active email lists have a moderator and this one needs one badly.  The ONLY point to KEEPING ON TOPIC is to eliminate the endless juvenile arguments that have been occurring.   Now THAT's not rocket science! To say that the argument going on right now between the various factions over clean water is not political is the height of absurdity!  Where have you people been?  Are you that naive?  But that fight belongs somewhere else because no one on this list signed up for it.  Young males with too much unused testosterone  just love to fight, us older  people just want to kayak and that's what this list was supposed to be about.   I'm outta here!  Bill

You guys that are writing "remove me" remove yourself. You signed up. You
might think your so important but it doesnt have take a rocket scientist
to take your name off the email list. If you smart enough to create a
meetup account than your smart enough to remove yourself from the group
you joined. You guys should show the group organzier some respect.
Meetup is not free. If your gonna drop out than make a group yourself.
Very few people take action. I applaud this guy for caring about clean
water. It has nothing to do with politics. This guy took some action.
Most people dont take any action. a status update is not action. By the
way take a look at the ingredients of a bottle of zephryhills water.
might not hurt ya to take some action. the guy that made the comment
about the water is an alpha-male. Sure you ladies say you dont like him
but what are you really saying? Do you really wannah kayak with a
beta-male? Hows it gonna hurt the guy who made the comment if you drop
out? If you drop out your punishing the group organizer which is a dick
move
