Today's Bill Tammeus KC blog on "rationality god" vs. "irrationality"

Bill Tammeus (former ethics and religious writer for Kansas City Start
for many years) on his blog today wrote about "impoverished lives" of
people who rely on rationality. He explicitly mentions atheists,
agnostics and secular humanists and says that he values rationalism
but will pass on it as "idolizing it".

Oh, did I mention that Bill Tammeus is coming to talk to
KCFreeThinkers on Jan 30th, 7 p.m. at BlackDog Church in Lenexa? Be
there - he'll be talking about homosexuality and the Bible and he'll
make a case that homosexuality is "not" condemned in the Bible and is
acceptable Biblicially.

Check the calendar for address and directions

Here is his blog for today
http://billtammeu... - pitch in
and participate. We have a few people from KCFreeThinkers who are
blogging there already and some great conversations are taking place.

If you attend any of meetups, please, when
registering chose your "display name" as "YourName -
www.KCFreeThinkers.org" so we can continue imprinting the name of the
group "rationally" into the brains of "irrational"
