Jerry's Bait Shop Lee's Summit

Jerrys Bait Shop in Lee's Summit! 7-11pm! Great food, great staff and amazing music! Tonight is hosted by Tony Rustici, Scotty Yates, Gregory Schaberg and Rick Eidson... It's this first time a Jerry's Jam with this lineup! Lets have some fun! David Grimes will be mixologist behind the bar! It's Bring a friend night!

Jam starts at 9PM ends at 1AM

This jam is hosted by great musicians with years of experience. The music starts at 9PM with the host while jammers are signing up. Depending on the turnout and how soon the jammers get to sign up will determine how long before the jammers start coming up... This is usually in about 30 minutes! So get there early and get on the list to be one of the first up in the rotation!

The Jam Plan is as follows:

You come in and put your name on the board (list).

We will go through the list and pick out the players. (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Vocals and so on).

You will take the stage with those musicians and play 3-4 songs (more if there is time).

Toward the end of your jam set we will start to pick out the next group of jammers.

After the last song is played in your group we will immediately call up the next group of players.
-- There may be a short break if there are only one or a few of a given instrument.

There will be a check put by your name to track how many times you have been called up to play.

If you are on the list to play and have already played (you have a check) and someone else shows up to play, the new arriving player will get to play. We want everyone to get a chance to play.

This is the guideline that we will try very hard to follow. We understand that there may be some special circumstances such as there may be a lack of guitarist or drummers. So some jammers may get to play more. BUT we will add another check next to there name so as soon as someone comes in to relieve that person, we can switch them out.

Full bands are welcome but you will be listed on a separate board. You may not get immediately into the rotation with your band. This jam will be focused more on the each jammer. You may have to wait for us to go through at least a rotation of jammers before your band is called up. We recommend that you list each of your band members on the Jam board and let us know that your in the band listed on the Band board. By doing this you add to the success of the jam and to the other players by getting up as individuals and not stopping the jam to showcase your band. Please understand, you are welcome but we want to be fair to the people that show up to jam.

Read my note on full bands.. tes/rick-eidson/full-bands -are-welcome-at-the-jams/1[masked]

There will be Drums, 2 Guitar Amps, Bass Amp and Keyboards provided...Full Pro PA System.

Country, Classic Rock and Blues are welcome. It is not a hard-Rock Metal, Rap or a Hip-Hop club.

The Kitchen will be opened!

Drink Specials for the jammers!

The Bar is doing a lot of promotions for this jam and there has already been a good amount of buzz going around for it!  It's a large club and going to be a great time!
