When Jim’s girlfriend dumps him, finding no satisfaction from his abnormally minuscule penis, his roommate Oliver rallies him toward a new goal: dramatically increasing his “size” and dramatically winning back his girl. Unfortunately: new penises don’t come cheap, which pits our heroes in a race against the clock to raise enough money for Jim’s enlargement surgery before his lover moves on to BIGGER things.”
THE BURNING HOUSE
Dir. Scott Ross & Karl Beyer // 2013 // 17 min
Trystan, a young connoisseur of vintage and designer curiosities, is forced to flee his home and survive on the streets of Philadelphia using nothing but an armload of useless possessions, including a pair of beeswax candles, a toaster, and a glass doorknob. A fictional parody of a real-life blog: theburninghouse.com.
A MAN FULL OF TROUBLE
Dir.Michael Johnston // 2014 // 22 min
A MAN FULL OF TROUBLE focuses on Nicholas Crane, an Alexander Hamilton re-enactor working in Philadelphia.
Nicholas is forever at odds with the city, its tourists, and the Thomas Jefferson re-enactor who continually steals his
reenactments no matter how historically inaccurate the circumstances. Nicholas’s career as Hamilton is compromised when his affair with fellow re-enactor, Isabelle, is discovered: an affair that bears an uncanny likeness to Alexander Hamilton’s infamous Philadelphia sex scandal with Maria Reynolds.
