have been in group psychotherapy at VA hosp for 9 mo now; seems like everything I've ever heard about it is true: it's the latest psychobabble; you can go thru 10-15 yrs & have no improvement re whatever neurosis; how many cartoons in newspaper, lampoons, goofs on TV, movies of the FOOL lying on the couch blabbing away to the daydreaming analyst; also these are PTSD, traumatic-brain-injury, etc, vet-patients: was psychotherapy created for PSYCHIATRIC patients ?(!); they have a REC-THERAPIST giving classes, a former/current psychiatric-case/convict, etc, on faculty! one faculty died from too-rapid wgt-loss, 80lbs in a yr, extreme diet, extreme exercise/marathons, she was ONLY one doing ANY of the prescribed spiritual practices, eg, Mindfullness; nobody wants anything to do w/ wilbers' material...
