Baking foremost. Any new tecnique or new type of regional cooking using spices I havent used before is interesting.
recent favorites: bibimbap, fish steamed in banana leaves, fish in a phyllo dough packet, any vietnamese/chinese/indian/thai/malay dish or variation thereof, sushi, hmm fresh baked bread.
My husband and I love cooking : mostly asian foods since we like spice. I have recently started to teach myself to bake bread with some pretty disastrous resultsand would like to learn more about baking in general.
