This is a special free Mantra and Meditation held the second Sunday of every month from noon until 1pm. It features different types of mantras as well as a great deep relaxation with the crystal singing bowls. If you have never heard the crystal singing bowls played before this is a great reason to come out. Its absolutely amazing.
