Literally, Kiyo Mizu Kai means clear water group. The choice of this name is inspired by the convergence of three rivers on mount Otowa near the Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto Prefecture Japan.

The three rivers symbolize the importance of having our mind, body and spirit. This understanding of the three fold person is deeply ingrained in far eastern philosophy. Western medicine has often neglected concepts like, ki energy, chakras, harmony of the elemental properties, feng shui, and meditation in healing.

Meet other locals to discuss the overall application and development of a lifestyle that maintains your overall health and well-being. Gather to discuss the effect of such things as Sleep, Environment, Fitness, and Nutrition on one's wellness.

www.kiyomizukai.org is an not-for-profit organization that seeks to enhance the holistic wellness of its members and the community.

We have been involved in a variety of activities, from making sushi and other japanese foods to taiko drumming.

The presentation itself is free. There should be food stuffs and T-shirts for sale as part of the societies fundraising efforts.
