Our group has been going to the festivities every year to enjoy the Meditation Garden tours, taiko drumming, bon dancing and food. Location:

Seabrook Buddhist Temple
9 Northville Rd.
Seabrook, NJ 08302
(212) 678-0305

We meet at the ADA Dojo and go by car, either following each other up, or carpooling when we find out whose going. There is no admission or parking fee. I would suggest you bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on. You can bring your own food or purchase there but supplies of certain foods are limited.

I will put a prior year's program in the FILE section so you can get an idea of the activities. They pretty much stick to that format.

Let me know if you have any questions. I come up from Dover so if anyone would like to follow me up to the dojo, let me know. MP if I forgot something, please don't hesitate to add! Thank you!!

Hi Miiko-san and Dan-san!! Glad to see you can make it. If we can meet at the Meditation Garden Gates around 6pm, it would be nice to meet and get a group picture. Miiko-san the yukata sounds wonderful!
