What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Energy, which is the energy that is all around us. It is the flow from the higher power conscious (Reiki) into our personal energy (Ki). This the the life force, the healing within ourselves. It requires no conscious technique or knowledge, simply the putting of hands on for treatment of self or others. It is a direct reconnection to healing of Body, Mind and Spirit.
