Dear Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done thus far to help these awesome kids.  I am going on a delivery this Friday and at this time we have 140 kids on the list to get shoes and hats that day.  The list will surely grow before Friday.  So many of your creations will soon be keeping a little head warm and happy. As excited as I am about this, I have a heavy heart because I have found out that currently we have over 1000 kids on the waiting list for hats and shoes.  A request was just received for a group of refugee kids that are very cold and have no shoes, socks, or hats.  So I am writing not just to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, but to ask that you please keep knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc. so that we don`t have to send any of these kids away without giving them what they need. If you currently have any hats completed that you could get to me, I would greatly appreciate it.  Please contact me and we will arrange for a time to meet.  If you are mailing hats to me, I would be happy to reimburse your postage.  And remember, this is a non-profit organization.  You can go to the website..shoes4theshoeless.org and find the info you need for tax purposes.
