What is your favorite yarn company? Designer? The most difficult thing you have knit?

All the yarns and threads that I've experienced at Woolbearers are wonderfully terrific and beautiful. The most challenging piece I've crocheted was a 60" x 30" shawl ( "Shawl of the Moirae" pattern, designed by Lisa Naskrent) for my sister for her 39th wedding anniversary using a merino wool/silk yarn by Juniper Moon Farm (Findley).

I'm a 65-year old retiree who finally has the time and energy to indulge in one of my favorite pass times, crocheting for my grandchildren and other loved ones.
