Raw Food Chef Sheri Yohe, assisted by her son Rocky Taylor and friend Janet Dillingham (also Raw Food Chefs), will demonstrate how to make a delicious entree using zucchini, yellow bell peppers, macadamia nuts, and other simple ingredients. You will be amazed at how good raw food can taste! And that's not all! Sheri will demonstrate how to open a Young Thai coconut and show you how to make smooth and creamy ice-cream for those hot summer days ahead. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious serving of the Fettuccine Alfredo and the Banana Coconut Ice Cream with Mango Topping as well as receive the recipe handout. You can then add these enzyme rich, energy foods to your life

We'll provide: plates, silverware, cups, drinks, and printed class recipes.
Please bring: a vegan dish to share (with serving spoon) and an index card listing the main ingredients. We could use some folding chairs, so if you have one please bring it.

Directions: Take I-40 to exit 380/West Hills exit. Turn R onto Kingston Pike. At the first light, turn R onto Winston Road. Go over the overpass, then you will see the YMCA on the right. Turn R into West Hills Park and park immediately. The pavilion is slightly downhill on the left.
